Using the Merchant Center

Flocknote offers secure payment processing through WePay, Inc. by JPMorgan Chase so that you can request and receive payments from your members with peace of mind. This payment processing is backed by the world-renowned security of JPMorgan Chase and securely built into the friendly software by Flocknote that you already know and love.

Who has access to the Merchant Center?

The Merchant Center is only visible and accessible by Super Admins with a verified email address, a verified phone number, and permissions to  both input and view giving data - find these permissions at the bottom of the info tab of the member's profile.

Anyone attempting to visit the Merchant Center will be required to enter a secure code texted to the cell phone number on their profile (but only if they have met the criteria listed above). Once that code is entered, they will then be transferred to the secure Merchant Center hosted by WePay. Learn more about Fund It Admin Permissions.

Please note, only the Controller of the account has the ability to update banking information or make changes in the Merchant Center. The person who first signs up for Fund It will be assigned the role of Controller. 

How to Filter & Export Reports

The Merchant Center time period display will default to Today, but you can select the Time Period box in the top right to instead display Yesterday, Last 7 Days, or Month to Date.

For more advanced filtering, we recommend using the Activity section at the bottom. You can first set the Showing option from the dropdown. Then, select the Search Options button to filter further. Select the Date Range option and then Custom to filter by a more specific time period. To export a report, click the icon in the top right-hand corner of that Activity section.
