Transitioning to our New Payments Processor
Beginning in March 2024, Flocknote will transition to Stax, a payment processing partner.
Over the next couple of weeks, we will be reaching out to networks via email so that you can get started with this transition! Keep an eye out for those updates. 🙂
Why is Flocknote changing payment processors?
Our previous payment processing partner, WePay, is being sunset by its parent company, Chase Bank.
We are very excited that our new partnership with Stax will allow us to integrate more of your everyday payment needs - like refunds, deposit reports, etc. - into the Flocknote interface! 🥳
Additionally - we hope to build out some frequently requested features in the future, like using multiple bank accounts for deposits, accepting Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more!
What to expect after your verification information is submitted.
After you submit your verification, it's sent to Stax's security and underwriting team for review. They aim to review verifications as quickly as possible, and you'll be notified if more documents are needed or if your verification is complete and you're ready to take payments.
