How do I add a Signup to a text or email note?

A Signup can be added to a note in one of two ways, either from the Signups tool itself or from the email Note Composer.

To add a Signup from the Signup Tool:

When you have a Signup open in Flocknote, you will see options at the bottom of your screen. Including the link to your Signup, a preview, and options to add that Signup to an Email or Text. Simply click Email or Text, and the composer will pop open with your Signup ready to go in the draft so that you can customize and send your message.

To add a Signup from the Email Composer:

When you have the email Note Composer open, you can add a Signup to your email by clicking the clipboard icon:

From here, you can choose an existing Signup:

Simply choose your Signup:

And you will see it appear right in your email - easy as pie! 🥧
