Working with your Household Database!

We've organized things in a brand new way so you can more easily access household data! Introducing the Household Database 🎉 included with our all-in-one software solution -  Flocknote Complete. The Household Database gives you a quick bird's-eye view of your church family so you can know your people, build relationships, and create active, thriving communities! At-A-Glance

The Household Database comprises all the households (including single-member households) within your Flocknote network.  We've also included some helpful at-a-glance data to make your life easier.

1. Household Name
2. Household Address
3. Heads of Household
4. Children and their ages

You'll also notice two additional tags on your Household Profiles.

• Donor - The green Donor tag will appear for any household that is generously donating to your church.
• Household Status - Learn more below!

Household Status

A Household Status will be added when a household completes Family and Visitor Registration. An admin can also set a Household Status manually. Household Status is shared across all members in a household so editing the Household Status of one family member will be reflected on the profile of all family members. This information is then synced up to the diocesan level if applicable.

You can quickly filter for households with a matching Household status or for undesignated households (those who don’t have a Household Status yet) using the status options on the left-hand side. The selections you make on the left-hand panel will change the data shown to the right!

Undesignated households

Are households in your network that have not formally registered and have not been assigned a Household status just yet. You can filter for these members and give them a designation that will “lock in” their account and officially add them to your Household database!

Put your data to work with Filters

Just like in the Everyone group, you can filter for various data sets in the Household Database! Click the purple icon to lean more about your families!

More Family Info

You can also use the Search bar to pull up the profile for a unique household! Once you've pulled up the family, click their name to open the family info for that household.
