Member Resource: How do I give (and set up recurring donations) to my church?

Giving to your church has never been easier! You can access a page to give:

• when your church shares a link with you on the church's website, on social media, via text, or through a button included in an email.
• or at any time through a make a donation link found in the footer of any email (pictured below) or within your Profile (more about accessing your Profile further down in this article.)

Once you access the fund, you can choose the amount you want to give, share your payment information, and make your secure payment! Check out this quick video for a step-by-step tutorial:

Setting up Recurring Giving

As a regular member, set up recurring giving to your church in just a few clicks! First, go to the donation page provided by your church which looks like the image below. (If you need help locating that page, you can reach out to the Flocknote Happiness Engineers at help@flocknote.com or by contacting your church staff directly.)

Once on that page, select or type in your desired amount and then click the box beside Make recurring. From here you can choose how often the gift occurs, when it will start, and when it will end. Once you've added that information, select Donate Securely and you're all set! 

Options within Your Profile

By accessing your Flocknote profile you can:

• Edit or cancel recurring gifts
• Update your payment method
• Access a list of funds and give a gift

Accessing your Flocknote profile:

First, go to your profile by clicking my info in the footer of any Flocknote email. The first time you click my info you'll be taken to a Flocknote login page to receive your secure login link. We'll send you a link to log in instantly (via email or text depending on the contact info you provide). The best part? Once you've done this, we'll remember your device so you'll be taken directly to your profile in the future!

Give a gift to any fund:

Go to the Giving tab then click on the green Make a Donation button in the top right-hand corner. This button will open up a list of available funds for making a payment.

Edit or cancel a recurring gift:

From your profile, go to the Giving tab and click the pencil icon. This will allow you to skip, pause, or cancel a recurring gift at any time. 

Update your Payment Method:

Update your payment information by going to the Wallet tab. Here you can add, edit, or remove your payment information all in one place. For all your profile wallet needs, you can check out our helpful article here.
