How do I remove members from a group?

To remove a member from one group within your church or organization:

*To remove a member from a specific group, you must be a Super Admin or a Group Admin for that specific group.

  1. Select the specific group on the left-hand side of your Flocknote page.
  2. Click the 'People' tab at the top of the page.
  3. Find the member you wish to remove, either by scrolling to their name or searching for them in the search box.
  4. Click the 'Remove' button next to their name.

To remove a member from your church or organization entirely:

*To remove a member from your entire church or organization, you must be a Super Admin.

  1. Select the 'Everyone' group on the left-hand side of your Flocknote page.
  2. Click the 'People' tab at the top of the page.
  3. Find the member you wish to remove, either by scrolling to their name or searching for them in the search box.
  4. Click the 'Remove' button next to their name.
  5. A box will pop up that says: " Warning: Removing a member from the 'Everyone' group will remove them from all groups in the entire network. This can not be undone. Are you sure you want to do this?" Click 'OK'.
