What are Parish Insights?

👀 This help guide is a sneak peek of features coming soon for networks with Flocknote Complete! Stay tuned for more information but in the meantime, feel free to explore the future of using Flocknote as your all-in-one software solution. 🎉

Parish Insights

You will notice another new tab on the left-hand side panel—Parish Insights! This tab aggregates data from your network to create a helpful overview of your network's member information.

The Parish Insights feature includes high-level summaries of your parish giving data, family, age, population, and gender demographics as well as insight into the sacramental life of your parish.

Who can see this data?

All Super Admins can see and utilize Parish insights!

Can I see Parish Insights for a certain period of time?

The Family, Gender, Age, and Population Demographics will always display the current statistics so that you can see the most cutting-edge statistics for your parish.

As for the Giving Summary and the Sacraments & Parish Life statistics, you’re able to select a specific period for the data you would like to view. Select the Calendar icon at the top right of the page and select the period you would like to view. This will pull up the Giving, Sacrament, and Parish life statistics for that period.

Can I export this data?

Yes! Click the export button at the top right-hand corner of the page. Please note that each data set will be separated into a unique tab. Depending on the program you use to open the report these tabs may be listed at the top or bottom of the page. Click here to see an example import:

Where does this data come from?

The data compiled in Parish Insights come from various places on your Parish’s Flocknote Network. Click the light bulb (💡) icon to the right of each section To see where a particular data set originates.
