The Insights Page
Insights is a tab on your left-hand side panel. It aggregates data from your network to create a helpful overview of its member information. We have a basic overview of this feature and some helpful tips on how to use it, which can be found HERE.
The Insights feature includes high-level summaries of your parish giving data, family, age, population, and gender demographics as well as insight into the sacramental life of your parish.
Who can see this data?
All Super Admins can see and utilize insights!
Can I see Insights for a certain period of time?
The Family, Gender, Age, and Population Demographics will always display the current statistics so that you can see the most cutting-edge statistics for your parish/church.
As for the Giving Summary and the Sacraments & Parish/Church Life statistics, you’re able to select a specific period for the data you would like to view. Select the Calendar icon at the top right of the page and select the period you would like to view. This will pull up the Giving, Sacrament, and Parish life statistics for that period.
Can I export this data?

Handy Tips on how to use Insights
- Get a bird's-eye view of some of the most important data in your church to help you understand how your Church is doing.
- Quickly see your church's giving summary for weekly/monthly/annual reporting
- Keep tabs on the progress of active campaigns and see how the number of donors (and their gift size) changes over time.
- Easily see how your church's age/gender breakdown compares to the local population.
- Family Demographics lets you see the breakdown of all the unique souls in your church -- how many singles vs. families, how many families have kids vs. don't.
- It is useful for planning upcoming events (e.g., a family picnic, a singles mixer), and for quickly determining the size of your church's membership.
- A population heat map lets you see where the majority of your members live (and gives some ideas of where you can evangelize).
- Catholic networks can check on the sacramental health of your parish (how many baptisms, weddings, etc.)
- You can create a report from this data to view members who have received sacraments and pull any related documents, such as certificates, notes, etc., from their profiles.
- Even better, all of this data can be exported to easily share your statistics if needed.
