Sacrament Tracking with Flocknote

Flocknote Complete takes connection with your members and their connection to the Church to a deeper level with Sacrament Tracking.

Please note: This feature is only available for Catholic networks with Flocknote Complete! Learn more about Flocknote Complete and how to upgrade your network HERE.

You can now mark notable moments in your member’s journey with the Church through Sacrament Tracking within their profile. This feature allows you to keep a record of a member’s Sacrament in an easy-to-find area. You can quickly add and view any detailed information for their Sacraments, they can upload their sacramental documentation, and you can filter to see who has sacramental information and what type of information they have on file!

Track and keep a record of  Baptism, Reconciliation, First Communion, Confirmation, Marriage, and Holy Orders. * We recommend using our “Remarks” feature to keep a record of Anointing of the Sick.

To enter sacramental information, navigate to the member’s profile and select the Sacraments tab. From there, select the pencil icon next to the Sacrament that you’d like to add information for.

✨ Check out the menu that appears when adding information for Baptism below.

Fill in as much information as you have available for the member’s sacramental record. Select Submit to save the sacramental information in the member’s profile.

From there, you can view their Sacrament history through the Sacraments tab and select the drop-down carat to view details:

Drop down details:

After you’ve submitted the Sacramental information, a member can view that information on their profile but cannot make any changes. They will need to reach out to an Admin to make any edits to that information. Take a peek at the member’s view:

Note: Only Admins can view the Funeral & Death Register tab to add or edit that information.
