Sharing Images/Headers Between Admins

The Image Library has just what you need to make your emails pop. ✨ Not only does the Library contain premade images (updated monthly) but you can also add a custom image or header of your own! Easily share these custom images with all of the admins in your network in just a few clicks.

From the Email Note Composer, select the photo icon and then click to open the Image Library.

At the top of the Image Library, you will see a list of your Recently Used images. Hover over the image that you would like to share with other admins in your network. Then, click on the plus sign in the top right-hand corner. 

Voila! 👏 This will save the image to your network's shared Library! 

To view all of your network's shared images, simply scroll to the bottom of the Library (underneath your church or organization name.) 

Once an image is added to the shared Library, any admin in your network can click on the image to add it to their email - easy peasy lemon squeezy. 🍋
