What are bad emails?

Occasionally, you may come across emails with a "BAD EMAIL" red flag. These are email addresses that the Flocknote system has automatically determined are invalid, meaning they are not active, have spelling errors, or do not exist.

Uniquely different from email addresses that have gone unverified after bouncing a couple of times, "Bad emails" are flagged before even having sent the member a note.

Flocknote will never send a note to those who have bad email addresses. We recommend reaching out to the member outside of Flocknote to check if you have the correct email address for them.

Please note: If you believe the system has flagged an email in error, just reach out to us at help@flocknote.com and we can override that in a jiffy! 👍
