How do I view my current billing balance?

You can view your current billing balance at any time online. Just a friendly reminder: you'll need to have billing privileges to view or edit any billing information. If you need those assigned, send this help guide to your Super Admin.

To view your current balance:

1. Log in to Flocknote (you must have billing privileges to view billing info).
2. From the bottom left, select the grey cogwheel. A menu will appear (some items will only appear if you have admin privileges).
3. Click Billing Information

This is what the Billing Information menu will look like:

At the top of the menu, you'll see your current balance under the current balance section.
