How do I edit my contact info?

With our password-less login, you can easily access your profile and follow these steps to adjust your phone number or email on file.

One of the amazing benefits of Flocknote is that you do not need to create a password in order to log in! After you've signed up for your church, you'll simply visit login.flocknote.com (or your church's unique Flocknote web URL) and enter the contact info that you signed up with. We'll send you a link or code to log in instantly – no password required! The best part? Going password-less is actually the most secure way to log in. Super easy. Super secure.

↑ If you provide your email address, you'll be sent an email with a four digit code. If you provide your phone number, you'll be texted a four digit code to enter on the login screen.

To edit your contact info:

After logging into your account with our secure and password-less method, you can open your profile to edit your contact info. If you are a Super Admin, select the ' ---' gray button and then select  My Info.

If you are a Group Admin, Note Sender, or a regular member, you can get to your profile by selecting the  person icon.

Once your profile opens, hover your mouse over a piece of contact information and click on the pencil icon to edit that contact info. Click SAVE and you are all set!

You can also access your profile straight from an email or text from Flocknote!

From an email:

  • Click my info in the footer of any email to be taken directly to your profile.

  • The first time you click my info, you'll be taken to our Flocknote login page to receive your secure login link. We'll send you a link to log in instantly (via email or text depending on the contact info you provide). Once you've done this, we'll remember your device so you'll be taken directly to your profile in the future!
  • Your member profile will open, and you can edit your contact information, just like in the examples above.

From a text message (ONLY if there was a link included in the text message):

  • Click the link to view the text online.

  • Click the  Group Name at the top of the new page that opened.

  • Select the  My Info button from the top under your church or organization's name.

  • Your member profile will open, and you can edit your contact information, just like in the examples above.
