High Volume Texting Updates

Flocknote networks that make great, extensive use of our texting feature will be assigned new, local numbers for texting. This update helps ensure your Flocknote network complies with all the requirements from cell carriers, and that your members will receive your Flocknote texts from local, recognizable numbers, ensuring your texts are not blocked as spam and can successfully reach your people.

One item to note is that when a member replies to a text with STOP, the system will automatically opt that member out of receiving all text messages from your Flocknote network. Members automatically receive a text letting them know they have been opted out of all texts from your Flocknote network, along with instructions on how to opt back in, which they can do by simply replying START to the same number.

There will also be a small notice on the Groups tab of the member's profile that will let the member and admins know what number the member needs to text to opt back in to receiving text messages from your Flocknote network. It looks like this:
