Does Flocknote Meet Email Authentication Requirements?

Many email providers are now requiring email senders to go through an authentication process to prevent spoofing and spam messages. The good news is that even with the new requirements these providers are asking for, Flocknote has taken all the steps necessary to ensure messages are being received by your members.

For example, one requirement is that senders authenticate emails using SPF/DMARC and DKIM records. Thankfully this does not need to be set up for churches using Flocknote, solely because we send all emails out from our own servers (mail@flocknote.com) and domain, and thus ensure all of the necessary security measures from our end with our own sending IPs, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records. We also have always offered easy ways for members to unsubscribe at any time which is up to these new standards.
