What is a Super Admin?

Super Admins can do anything and everything in any group in your network. Wield this power wisely. Super Admins can make changes to your church or organization's settings, add and remove groups, add members to and remove members from any groups, send notes to all members, and make changes to any groups. Super Admins have access to all contact information in your network. Super Admins can also provide other members with Admin ability by adjusting their settings to give them access to be a Super Admin, Group Admin, or Note Sender.

To make a member a Super Admin simply find their name on the 'People' page within the 'Everyone' group and click the 'Super Admin' box either to the right of or below their name. If 'Super Admin' is highlighted in blue, then they have been given Super Admin rights. To remove a member's Super Admin rights, simply click the blue highlighted 'Super Admin' box and it will unhighlight and return to gray.
