How do I view my current billing balance?

You can view your current billing balance at any time online. Just a friendly reminder: you'll need to have billing privileges to view or edit any billing information.

To view your current balance as a Super Admin or Group Admin:

1. Log in to Flocknote (you must have billing privileges to view billing info).
2. From the upper left select the grey More button (it has a ... on it).
3. Select the Billing option.
4. Your balance will be displayed at the top of the Billing pop-up, you can view your previous 3 statements by scrolling to the bottom of the Billing pop-up.

To view your current balance as a regular member with billing privileges: 

1. Log in to Flocknote (you must have billing privileges to view billing info).
2. From the upper left select "$" icon.
